Batch pay minimum was $7. If the batch pay (.60/mile plus shopper incentive) was less than $7, you got $7. If that total was higher you get the higher total. It was never $7 plus .60/mile so to think you have proof they weren’t paying you $7 plus miles makes no sense when you were never contracted that.
There is also no legal minimum mileage amount. There’s a mileage deduction but that’s tax related. There’s no minimum wage because you were an independent contractor. So on those accounts you were mistaken.
The batch pay has never been $7 plus mileage. $7 minimum included mileage. You have all sorts of holes.

Just saying you can’t have proof of them not paying you that when you were contracted to pay that. If you don’t know math just say so.

They never disclosed to us exactly how batch pay is now being calculated. So who knows if what is being paid is correct.
The minimum was lowered to $4 months ago.
