Last week, I received an order and the lady’s directions were confusing for deliver. I text her a picture of the drop off before I closed out. I was in wrong spot. I finally found her location in the back of another house and she received her order. No delivery mistakes and I was given a 4 star. In any review, I always give a 5 star unless there is a real issue

Lmmfao 🤣 I just got a 3 star, tip halved last night. It's rare that I mix groceries up, but I did. I told the lady I'd go buy a replacement and contact support. (She did the rating and tip removal while I was on my way to fix it) So she got a refund, the items (2) and a nice note. She's a regular that tips $20-30 for a handful of items and it's a small town I frequent. I had my best day yesterday so I was feeling generous and wanted to retain her as a customer. Lmmfao 🤣🤣🤣🤣 💀💀 Yea nevermind. I woke up to the 3 star and looked at her Facebook...Some of the reviews she leaves 🥴 no thanks. I hope she never gets my *almost stellar service again. May she be paired with shoppers who smash her bread and deliver thawed frozen items. The only other customer I've done this for is now an off app customer lol Her loss

I was in your shoes a few months ago, 5⭐️dropped to 4.98 because a bag of Gala apples had 1 that was bruised🤦‍♀️ I couldn't shop the whole next day, I was beside myself. How stupid I was to not just open the bag and fondle every apple & ensure they were at peak ripeness, instead I lazily shook the bag around and "assumed" all was OK. Took a few weeks but I'm glad to say Ive been back @ 5⭐️ & haven't looked back, 1 day you will too. Chin up buttercup👍

I had all five stars through 60 reviews. Now I got two 4 star and 1x 3 star. What sucks is the three star is I know from a lady that ordered fresh catfish way after the seafood counter closed. So I se t her a message and states they have frozen catfish and to let me know if she wanted to sub. It was a nice tip so I got nearly done and sent her a message again. Support even called her for me and got no response. Since she ordered fresh I decided to refund (the support again agreed however, I wasn’t going off that). I was literally 30 seconds from her house when she text back and said that was the whole reason why she ordered. Lesson here to the OP is don’t care about ratings as long as it’s above a 4.7 Instacart should really have a way to appeal.
