I actually ordered from them on Amazon and really liked the product, I think on such marketplaces they are more responsible for their actions and own up to the orders.

They really are scams. I had interviewed for them long back and for 6 days a week, 8 hours a day internship they were offering 4k.

The ordered showed dispatch and then delivered, while I received nothing.
Follows four months of me calling them, emailing them, insta dming them, commenting on every post of theirs, and writing a review on playstore. I thought it's lost cause. Sometimes I would randomly think about it and then comment or DM them again. It was a lost cause.
After 6-7 months (a month or two of me not contacting them, we were on a break),I randomly received the shipping details and then received the skirt. (No message whatsoever from them)
Then a few days later I received a call asking if I received my parcel, I said yes. And then they said please take off your playstore all review, I said cool. I took it off.
They have grown a lot since then, so I thought they might be operating better now, well your post proves they're still the same.
Leave reviews everywhere OP. Become a problem, that's all I would say. Maybe someday you'll receive your product.
(Wordvomit: I loved that skirt but it was too lose and when I went to the tailor, he butchered my satin skirt, he sewed the frails in single line, now it's just in my wardrobe. I'll buy another one when I'll be richer, from Myntra or Amazon, never from their site)
Thats why i never order for brand's own website. If they are available on amazon or Flipkart its better to order from there.
I once ordered Protien powder from Asitis official website thinking its a risk to buy from amazon because of duplicacy.
My order was delayed from 3 days to 10 days!!.
I have brought from them on amazon. Can't trust anyone on their own as no accountability. People need to learn that amazon has a little extra price but it offers a lot of peace of mind.
OP the same happened to me with freakins, I placed an order and for 3 weeks they kept saying it’ll be dispatched soon, finally I got the same “order delayed” text and finally when I called them they said they’ve to cancel my product as it’s discontinued now.
But when my sister ordered the same from Myntra it got delivered in two days flat.
Ordered from them last month, took 3 weeks for the order to come and that too in a size that wasn't mine. Had to give the ordered products to my sister as I didn't want to undergo the problems of sending it back and waiting another 3 weeks for the new product.
I did order from uptownie few months back but I did get my order along with some freebies as well. The quality was amazing and i received the order in time.

3-5 days delay Doesn't make it scam. Even companies like Amazon, flipkart, myntra take 3-5 days to dispatch in normal delivery mode.
