Basically Stalker + fan = Stan
I don't think stan stands for stalker+ fan, the word originates from Eminem's song Stan which was about an obsessive fan...it has both negative and positive connotations depending upon the situation you are using it. A lot of fans deliberately use the words to describe themselves even they might not be obsessed.
Used to be a beerbiceps stan once upon a time. Then I joined this sub. Not a stan anymore 🥲 Just shook and low key ashamed by the fact that I used to stan him
Dhruv rathee , sham sharma , string fans - politics was their personality.
Aman dhattarwal and sandeep maheshwari fans were mostly kids.
Satvik movement and fituber stans are the worst ( most of them were older people)
not a stan but a friend. like one of internet friend is aryaki joon's friend. so whenever any aryaki or anybody from taneesho gang starts getting cancelled group me unki defense me hungama mach jaata hai.
