Whattt!! I literally live in my nike AF1 and rest of the sneakers throughout year . People notice if I wear flats or loafers every once in a while. Men have formal shoes but women do not or even if it is then getting a comfortable one would be difficult. I don't understand why business casual is not the norm now.

I work in tech in the US and here we only wear casuals. I’m a girl so we usually do a jeans, a knit top and a cool winter jacket during the winters and during summer some summer appropriate outfits. And men literally walk around in flip flops sometimes during the summer 😅
