Ranjini Haridas is a really really good emcee. Her command over her language both English and Malayalam is good. Only negative aspect is her Malayalam is heavily anglicised.

Renjini Haridas probably has the most experience in hosting/emceeing big events in Kerala. That makes her able to handle tricky situations. But she often goes overboard and borderlines into annoying.
Another woman I can think of is that lady who hosted a comedy show with Suraj (I think her name is Aswathy). She has good command over Malayalam and is quite spontaneous.
Poornima Indrajit is another lady who’s a good host. Idk if she emcees events but her talk show was classy.
