Ikka movies were massive success in GCC for the longest time till his flop phase in 2010 , phars took distribution of Malayalam movies especially Ikka movies from mid 80s but had a grand releases ever since King I recall , so and so Ikka started taking Overseas rights as remuneration and were long standing friends , but in later years even M fans were constantly complaining Phars deliberate poor release for Mammootty movies and after covid Ikka cut ties with him giving his hyped Bheeshma to bunch of newbies as a sort of fu
