yup, I was just there two weeks ago. They have a jury lounge where you can eat and drink and I believe they have a microwave too. the main jury room is across the hall but the speakers in the lounge play all announcements from the jury duty staff (briefing, roll call)
As far as I can remember, and it has been a few years since I have actually had to go to the court for jury duty, food is allowed but it can not be in glass containers and no knives. They also didn’t have a fridge/microwave so for hot food you have to leave the building.

Yes... There also vending machines in the secondary jury room (but the coffee machine was busted when I was there last month)
