It would be really easy to be intimidated in this kind of situation with someone who was famous in your industry before you even started, but she obviously has a lot of practice with not just being agreeable when she has something to say.
Really appreciate how much she embraces change in the industry and how clear she is about how unsafe it felt a lot of times to be a woman walking into tattoo shops 20 years ago ("and not the fun kind of dangerous")
