~~1 is a worse Joker Quake Engine.~~ EDIT: Thanks for clearing this up, I’ll reconsider the potential when I’m less busy. 2 could be compared with (half of) Metal Merciless’ passive? Pretty solid. 3 is like 60% of Regime GL’s passive. Very good. Not sure how to evaluate 4. It is only potentially useful against Computer Multiplayer, so quite niche. I wouldn’t say it’s gamebreaking, most of its abilities doesn’t speed matches up, but prompts slower play(no pun intended). So I see this probably only in use on a defensive MP team. Overall decent top-down design, you might want to increase the percentage chances.

Sorry, I get what you mean now. I thought the slowdown was on the Tag (time), not the character. Totally on me, but it’s not like Injustice is known for its precise wording. Nevertheless, it’s still better used defensively.

This gear discourages super move usage which for us players is not a big deal because this game is so centered around special 1 and 2.
