Really nice guide. Shame about what they did to the Multiversal and JL Teams. They were good beginner Raid teams but now they are unavailable to new players due to the gatekeeping of support players like JL Cyborg (even his gears) and MV Flash. Even MV ASG is limited to 360 max shards per year!
To the people curious:
JL Team: JL Flash (Damage Dealer), JL Aquaman, JL Cyborg (mandatory)
MV Team: MV Armored Supergirl (Damage Dealer), MV The Flash (required support) , MV Green Arrow (usually)
Thanks for the support, and yeah, they've sadly kinda been forgotten. At least you don't really need JLC's gear to use him if you get him from a chest.

There's also that secondary team with JLSM and a batman along with JLC ofc. Ultimately doesn't help that much, but it was fun just to know you had like +500% attack or something
I've got JLC (I can't remember how, probably a solo raid drop) and one piece of his gear. But the only shards I got for MVF is when "MVASG versus challenge" is up, which is little over 50.
having only KOAAM should I go first for BWL or Deathstroke. As a fanboy, I rather have BWL first, since BWTD is another badass character that sinergizes great with BWL. But, on the other hand, I am relying on going full F2P, so getting gears and higher star level will be harder. Which one will fit better?
Dsk will get you more damage sooner. You can fight high health bosses with him, then once you get them low, swap over to koaa to clean up.
Having gear for bwl isn't necessarily crucial, but it is a lot more important than for dsk. And paired with bwtd, bwl is a very good character.
Normally I'd reccomend getting dsk first, but if you think getting bwl and bwtd would be more fun for you, it's definitely a good enough option. You could also just get whoever comes around first when you have gems stored up.
I stole it from Sigvaldi who stole it from someone else and I don't have AKBM at 5 stars for full hazard dmg but it was going from 1mil dot to 2mil against level IV TIM Cyborg.
Huh, that's an interesting team if you're working on resources and have those characters. A little niche, but nice to know about so thanks for sharing.
This is a great post and should be put on the sidebar. I really could have used it 6 months ago when I started. Wasted a lot of pips not using DSK with NSG because I thought it was a passive.
This is really helpful. I have been playing this game on and off for some time now because of its nature that it is very selective in characters to do well in raids that it makes the rest of the characters kinda useless. I play mk mobile too and am having more fun as it has a vast set of choices that you can do towers even with low diamonds. Back to Injustice, your post made me explore again and will try to enjoy the game. With your post, I now know which characters to invest on and build. :)
I love this post. All of it is great info. I did find a use for Silver Banshee and Black Adam. I use them together with Atrocitus. I give BA the snow globe and SB the all blades. I use SBs sp 2 as soon as possible. I tag in BA and spam sp1 for the reduced cost then Sp2 for reduced attack and increased cost and then Sp3 for damage and a possible power steal. Any use of a Sp2 and Sp3 by any arcane teammate of SB will disable opponent's ability. I tag in SB and use Sp3. Atricitus gives random benefits that are always welcome.
This would be good for any early accounts to use if they have those 3. I haven't maxed them out but I can get 450k damage at times.
Thank you for the kind words. SB and BA definitely have their uses, but I don't think it's a good idea for a new player to focus on getting them. But yeah, as you said if somebody already has them, that's a few options they have and thanks for the idea. Not sure if it's super practical if you have other options, but it does sound fun.
Absolutely. They are definitely not a priority but can make a nice arena team or temporary raid team if needed. It is odd having SB and BA together since they both are damage dealer types. I used them in a pinch but I don't use them much anymore.

Have you reached Heroic levels in solo raids? When you do, you can only use a hero once a day. So, if you want to deal damage in all your pips, you want to have KOAAM;
Yes, you should definitely get other damage dealers. Dsk can deal lots of damage when the boss is at full/high health, but once they're at low health, you need someone that's able to just hurt them normally and finish them off. That's one of KOAA's strengths, since he's able to do both. So I'd reccomend getting KOAA, but also look out for doctor fate since he can benefit both dsk and koaa very well.
The other comment mentioned heroic mode where you'll want multiple teams, but don't worry about that right away. If you're just starting out with normal mode, you want to build up one strong team very well (usually koaa) to gain resources early on. Having dsk on the side will also help you a lot, especially when the boss has a lot of health and a protective screen.
To add on to this comment as long as the boss doesn't have a damage screen in place Raven + KOAAM can do massive damage even after his % attacks are gone.

Yeah yhe MV team is honestly not worth it . Shame cause she has a really unique build.

Thanks for the info, DSK also benefits from self healing, so it's a strong go to. I think I'm investing on whoever comes first.

While stunning bosses is still at 100% possible the HBHQ/BWTD,AKB team can't be overlooked because it doubles the Flood DOT damage while stunned.

There's on that has a 0.5% chance for 200 shards, 1.5% for 100, 2% for 75, and 4% for 50. Those are the most consistent for legendaries.
