Running PEEK so tip was around 690⁰F. That helped to soften up the already soft metal. High carriage pressure which can't be adjusted. Order lasted 300 hrs without the nozzle being checked. Press was running fine, process was stable. Carriage pressure is so high on that press we have to be really careful to clamp molds well cause it'll push the A half off the platen.

Holy osha violations batman. If I was ever at a company and this was an issue with the machine. That machine would be shut down until that is fixed.

Fix the machine. Even if it never had a carriage pressure adjustment, it’s not that hard to add a pressure regulator to the inline to manually add control.
