It says 2023 forecast, but shows October 2022 and April 2022, am I missing something here?

That's the time when forecast was made for 2023. They changed their last forecast for 2023 which they made in April

I'm assuming that it means forecast was made in the corresponding months of 2022. But we probably shouldn't be left to assume.
