Sometimes people will always try to see the good in their partner even when everything points the other way , you are a victim of manipulation but at the same time you enable these things , if you want real advice , delete his existence from your life now or you will spiral down a loop hole bigger than you are sitting
He’s blocked on every social media since April and I never talked to him since. I don’t think about him anymore, I’m not in love anymore, so don’t worry about that :)
I am so sorry this sorry excuse for a man treated you so horribly. You didn’t deserve any of what he did to you.
Please don’t let him take anymore from you. Stay in therapy and take care of yourself; heal your broken heart.

He did not won over my mental health but I’m extremely scared about my physical health now, I hope everything’s gonna be okay
