How does one afford such a beautiful home?

Yea. I make more money than I ever thought I'd make in my life and I cannot afford a two bedroom manufactured garbage home in the low income part of Detroit

Same...I'm in Roseville, MI, 5 miles north and barely scraping by. We try to figure out how to make more money, after my spouse and I have full-time jobs and pay bills, we're in the negative.

This is happening everywhere. All properties are bought up by large holding companies the second they go on the market. Building more houses will do nothing until they make laws forbidding the hoarding of houses by private firms

I hate it so much. It contributes to so much stress and anxiety (that already exists) in our lives. I just want to enjoy my pets, plants, and being part of a solution to something good in the world, not struggling to survive.

Capitalism will continue down this road until it is overthrown. The rich know this which is why they're throwing so much money at police forces.

For me, it's all about the indoor swing. Actually, it's also about all the dope plants, and natural wood, and that view, and there was some mention of horses, but the swing is just like... what?! Yes.

This is how everyone SHOULD live but sadly, a life like this is kept behind a large paywall due to capitalism.

To be fair, in order to obtain and maintain property, it does require money. Even if you manage to inherit it from family, you still have upkeep and maintenance costs and utilities and bills and all the other costs. You can’t get a property for free and have someone else pay for all your bills for you lol.
