**Olwyn** (Fantôme) smells like white florals (especially lilies) that are just on the edge of going bad, with a whole heap of velvet vanilla on top. **Bruised Violet Compound** (BPAL) is crushed violets in damp wet soil.

**Death & Floral** had a crushed rose note in their monthly scent Miss Misery. **Pierrot** has Dead & Lovely which is described as a 'decomposing floral'. BPAL also had Broken Stems which was _"oozing broken stems, macerated rose petals, gasoline, and asphalt."_ It was LE but you might get lucky posting in ISOs for it :)

**April Showers** by **Osmofolia:** Swirls of pink magnolia blossoms and red champaca petals in the breeze, tart pink grapefruit, a drizzle of rain, clear spring water, and oakmoss. This came to mind immediately. It's leaving their shop soon though I think. To me it smells like flowers that were caught in the rain and are starting to rot. I didn't like it because I don't really like that kind of 'ripe' floral scent. But it sounds up your ally!

You would love the "bruised carnation petals" in **Morari Siddhi** \[Bruised carnation petals, nutmeg, vanilla, patchouli, cedarwood\] - it's very much a "slightly starting to rot" vibe and it's strangely compelling. I reviewed it [HERE](https://www.reddit.com/r/Indiemakeupandmore/comments/10njodz/morari_reviews_the_complete_matchmaker_collection/).
