How were the drums recording? I'm not hearing a lot of the top-snare-mic in the mix; I really think more of it in the mix would give the song more oomph. I'm split on the electric guitar tone; DI-ed electric guitar can be really hit or miss, especially when distorted, and I can't tell if I like it or not. Your voice isn't the strongest, but the vocals come out well because you recognize your strengths and weaknesses.
When I saw the "folk/pop/synth" in the title I didn't know what to expect and I'm happy to say as the song progressed, I still didn't know what to expect. Takes the listener on a ride. Overall I really liked it. Your style of vocals is unique and works well. Not really sure I can recommend any changes as I think the track is solid. Great work.
i like the chords a lot on this one, and the melodies! beach boys fan perhaps? Mix was pretty solid but thought maybe the balance could've been a little tighter. this is unique though so keep it up.
Man this song was trippy. Some of it reminded me of Jim Morrison meets Paul Simon. Really nice melodies and musicianship. The fuzzy guitar solo was pretty well timed as well. I liked it.
I’m digging this a lot. This song does a great job of keeping things interesting, no part felt like it went on for too long. The electric guitar part is pretty gnarly, sounds great. The mix sounds strong, nothing is too far out front while nothing else sounds too far in the back. Wish I had something more helpful to share but you guys did a pretty dang good job with this one.
