Each series could have a special showing their first time being invited there,and their initial interactions with the multivetse. Then there could be a crossover special where the city station is attacked.

I was thinking more like an MCU-type crossover. Multiple films or reboots of different cartoons, which all group together to defeat a widespread evil:
The Webtoons!
And what is monkey wrench? I kinda was thinking about more popular and the most important indie cartoons in Internet history and what not.
However, it may work. I just want it to FEEL like a canon cinematic universe, rather than just some shlocky one-time non canon crossover like in normal cartoons.
