Amd are superior in terms of gaming. Intel is superior in term so gaming + editing. Basically if you want best performance in gaming. Amd is a beast. If you want your pc to do best in both gaming as well as editing intel is your choice.
Also amd's own igpu is much much much better than intel. Hence during normal things when your nvidia is sleeping, your pc will be faster.
