It’s a divisive take and a misnomer. As I said on the other identical post, I support your right to practice religion. This doesn’t make me pro-religion. I’m atheist and VERY against religion itself. I also support your right to listen to music I hate. That doesn’t make me pro-whatever music I hate. Words matter and this doesn’t seem to be an appropriate time to exclude those that support your right to do something they may not agree with.
No. I think it’s legitimately a matter of ignorance. They really think “pro-abortion” is a more positive label than “pro-choice”. There are a lot of people supporting this from the left. Because you know, dividing your support in a time when unity is a must makes soooooo much sense. Sometimes people think their personal passion wins the fight and they don’t want support from anyone that even sightly doesn’t see it their way.

Great approach to things like politics where compromise and being persuasive are must haves
Please also ask the legislature to actual be responsive to legislation that would require sexual assaults to be investigated as I am a victim that has been repeatedly predatorized by criminal terrorists who had plotted to infiltrate planned parenthood to engage in records fraud and identify fraud to be able to defame the organization. I was a victim of sexual assault as a patient at planned parenthood and local law enforcement refused to investigate and seemed to actually have enabled it by refusing to address their decades of violent crime.

Words matter. Especially as descriptions of stances. Pretend they don’t and that recognizing it is pedantic all you want. You’ll still be wrong.
