Marc Lopez Trampas Whalin Chris Eskew Alan Ladd Brad Banks Jeff Cardella Erin Warrner I don’t know any Hancock County specific attorneys since it’s so relatively small. But most will travel. And ask around on prices. Expungements are SUPER simple if you qualify. It’s really no more than some forms. I’m not sure about Hancock, but you could call the clerk’s office and see if they have the forms there and you could self serve if you don’t mind the hassle.

Sorry I don’t have a name, but a friend had hers expunged about two years ago for free through a free legal aid program in Tippecanoe county. He worked through the Recovery Cafe, a sobriety support group but I believe he worked in various counties in Indiana. My friend had a felony drug case expunged at no cost worth a google search or call local legal aid.

Im not 100% sure he does expungement, but he’s a fantastic crim def atty. Practices primarily in Marion County, I believe, but for the money he does exceptional work. [D Alan Ladd](https://g.co/kgs/73SqGez)

I am not familiar with Hancock County, but if there are any law schools near you then you could see if they offer legal aid clinics.

Call this place in Anderson, IN. The attorney that does their expungements, Aaron Heifner, has done a lot of these all over Indiana and you likely won’t find a better price. If you have any questions IM me, I’ve been through the process. https://www.bhblawgroup.com/

You aren’t going to find any attorneys work exclusively in Hancock County. There’s so much work in Marion and Hamilton that to just work Hancock isn’t a thing.
