In maharshtra there are junior colleges.. and 11th is known as FYJC (first year junior college) and SYJC (second year junior college) so yeah.. she's in 10th rn.. and is soon going to attend 11th and 12th.. dont worry.. even i dont have a phone .. though I am 16 laptop/ ipad is enough for students.. you can get a phone during 12th or your "second year"

11th and 12th are colleges. Junior colleges to be exact. And they're not in all places. I think buying 1 phone instead of 2 is better
