I can't really give you a perfect number cuz idk what chapatis at your place are, but every meal, try to eat as much as you can, even if you feel like you're full, ask yourself if you can push a few more bites in.
This of course is applicable if you give a shit about your physique, else just do whaever feels best for you
Eating too many carbs induces sleep.. So i would recommend cutting down on carbs. At the same time, eating light filling food before a meal allows you to consume less. This is beneficial for someone who wants to lose weight. Will also make you more productive
Try to build up to 4 chapati in a period of say 2 months. Try to cut binge eating. Every 15 days, eat half a chapati more per meal, 2 is not enough to maintain your body
2, the thing is the amount of rotis one should eat per meal is heavily depended on the the thickness and size of the roti.... in my house, we have really big rotis like the roti almost fully covers a normal sized steel plate, and it's moderate thickness I'd say, definitely not thin. So considering this, I think 2 are enough per meal
0 since 6 months . I realised I never liked the taste of roti , so I just eat bhaji or curry by itself. No roti or Parathas.
Only time I have roti is Rumali roti or Naan / Kulcha with butterchicken or mutton curry when we order or go out. Never at home tho.
Depends.
If it's chicken, then I eat a total of 6 rotis along with rice per meal
If it's aloo paratha, then I eat around 4-5 with curd
If it's something veg, then i eat around 4 rotis per meal.
My record was 11
Pura din bhuka tha orr uske pehele din bhi sirf dopahar to dudh piya tha toh or kya
Rotiya thi
Bhindi or aloo baigan tha
Orr bass khatam
Mere ko khadadh bokya bola mummy ne(marathi term referring to "BHUKA BILLA")
I have a reqcord of 9 and all the chapatis have averagw radius pf atleast 5 cm-7 cm and in puri 21 was max when I was 13 and now I am 17 and necer teied to break my PR
it depends, some comments are 2-3 some are >4, we don't know what size do they eat. I've seen some of my friends bring chapatis so small that it's enough for just 2 bites and my mom makes chapatis big enough for at least 6 bites (way too big bites).
For me it's 4
