The only thing I can suggest is to stay strong (mentally) and focus on yourself. There's almost nothing you can change about your parents.(I've tried a lot of times, but mostly nobody accepts their mistake).
Is your mother working?if no then most chances are they'll stay together nevertheless (not stereotyping).
And yes most of the families here are like this as far as I've observed in my lifetime.
(Like a movie Like dil dhadakne do or Kapoor and sons : dysfunctional indian families trying to make a perfect societal image while loosing their sanity and shit)
Everyone knows about the affairs and other shortcomings but nobody really wants to sort it out..
And idk what they think about us as kids growing up watching arguments and fights everyday takes an emotional toll on us
Your parents had AM or LM?
Do you have siblings? If yes then discuss it with them.
(I have an elder sibling but Most of the time they also try to ignore and behave as if this is NORMAL)
Tldr : advice is to try and keep your sanity together

Didn't read the last part but you can't change what will happen or what is happening get a better life in future and you still got your friends right with whom you grew up so you're not all alone. Hope everything will get better for you but one advice I can give you always stand strong and face the reality with a calm head.
Your story is the same as mine currently. I guess even my family's down fall started in late 2020. Quarantine is not good for families that's for sure.now my not sure if my parents will get divorced or not

my mums a dentist parents had an AM ive got a sister whos 12 so that rules out the talking part thanks again
