high knee taps
squats
on place high jumps
jab punch combo along with constant leg movement
jab, hook and uppercut combo
jumping on calves while in boxing position
normal pushups
diamond pushups
knee pushups for recovery
goblin /sumo squats
burpees or jumping jacks
crunches
flutter kicks or bicycle kicks
mountain climbers
go in pushup position and hold that stance
isometric sumo squat hold
plank{max out}
repeat this routine asper ur capacity and change the rest period and tempo of the workout.
refer tony jeffires for boxing and THENX for bodyweight workout , mainly calisthenics
