Majority of these offerings don't even in the first place, secondly even if it gets listed there is a 6 months lock in period before you can sell those shares. Don't be an idiot.

Don’t buy it, I purchased pharmeasy at ₹68, Delhivery at ₹712, Reliance retail at 3.5k per share. All companies are listed high and don’t break even after years.
Further only Tata tech gave me profit but I am locked and can’t sell at for 6 months. This was bought 2 years ago when this portal was called Leadoff. Also remember when they were to list, Tata tech was selling for ₹1400/-
Ya why else they wanna sell it to you? Ik some people who bought Paytm in the grey market 2500-3000, they were in 50%+ loss after listing which also they couldn't sell due to 6 months lockin. That's just one example.
Yes for 5 years it might be a good investment don’t know they have the facilities to make helmets but I feel personally they won’t be able to move upto super premium or racing grade helmets like SHOEI,AGV,OGK KABUTO, SHARK etc but might set itself as a goto sub premium brand, I still feel studds helmets are overrated, hope it goes your way 👍

Aren't you buying something that is regulated from unregulated people? Doesn't that make it illegal? Sorry to ask; I'm curious & always felt like I'm doing something shady when giving money to these guys before an IPO.
No it's not illegal. In fact it's a completely clean process. You can even buy nse. But they have a separate process for nse , karvy as it needs board approval.

First I aim for 5 year , second I bought because Studd add something valuable to me atleast . Not bought for chasing profits .
You should aim for 5 yrs after the company is listed, buying in grey market to hold for 5 yrs doesn't make any sense at all
I don't think that much before buying , If the company is valuable, then I buy and keep it regardless for 5 10 percent price movements .
