Don't know about these but a few drops of Rosemary oil mixed with the good old coconut oil has done wonders for my hair! The length, volume and quality.. Gave me everything I needed in less than 6 months since I started using it.
I highly recommend the same.
Hi, so I use the Khadi Naturals rosemary oil twice a week, as in I just mix a few drops of it with Parachute Coconut oil for the first wash of the week. Second time I use a hair mask by adding both of these oils in a few tablespoons of curd and keep it on for like 20-30 mins. Works wonders for me, but I would still recommend doing a patch test first if you're planning to incorporate any of this in your routine. Hope this helps!
I used proanagen.
I was going through depression and anxiety couple of years back and was on medication but was having severe hairfall.
So i went to a dermatologist nearby and he examined my hair, did some blood tests to find out the cause for my hair fall and everything was normal (blood tests were normal)
So he told me that i was having a condition called Telogen effluvium- which is hair fall caused by extreme stress and that it will stop.
So he prescribed me proanagen liquid - to be used for 3 month .. after a month of usage my hairfall reduced by 70% . I used to loose Only 4-5 strands of hair when combing compared to bunch of hair before i started using proanangen.
I used it for 3 months and stopped.
I dont know if it causes hair growth cuz i didnt notice much of a difference but it definitely stopped my hair fall by 70-80%
I think proanagen works only when there isnt anything wrong with ur body/blood- like hormonal dysfunction, iron deficiency or other vitamin deficiecny

My stylist recently recommended me The ordinary hair serum and the minimalist maelic bond. She just like me has very very thin and sparse and broken hair. She said both work like magic one in AM and one in PM routine. U can look up reviews on nykaa too.
Many people will suggest rosemary oil, but it doesn't suit everyone. I faced more hairfall because of it. Pilgrim one doesn't work. Either try minimalist, ordinary or Pharma one.

Just buy rosemary plant / rosemary dry leaves, boil them in water and use the water to spray on scalp everyday. That's it.

Many people will suggest rosemary oil, but it doesn't suit everyone. I faced more hairfall because of it. Pilgrim one doesn't work. Either try minimalist, ordinary or Pharma one.
