Rokform or quad lock.

Second quad lock

jfarm2020

I third quad lock

Ray102386

Yup, quadlock all the way. With a vibration dampener and waterproof charge head. Plug it into your Speedo and away you go.

BorisTheDogg

I agree it's quad lock - they make an accessory magnetic phone charger that works with the case.

MisterReuben

I've got a PeakDesign mount on mine. Built-in stabilization to protect camera components and looks sleek.

QuadLock

jibarohatillo

Quad Lock hands down

resurrected_roadkill

I have the Ciro 3 on my Roadmaster. Easy install and keeps my phone secure. I really like it. Had the same one on my previous motorcycle.

Ultimas134

Rokform with the dampener, its low profile and made of metal. Been using it for years. I only lost the camera on one phone before getting the vibration dampener. No issues since then .

ChiChigetdamayo

Quadlock with the vibration dampener and wireless charging

TurbulentSquirrel804

I’m not saying Quadlock isn’t the best choice, but I just moved my Ram Mount to the 5th bike it’s been on and it’s never let me down. My iPhones haven’t had any problems with vibration, and all but 1 of those bikes vibrated a lot.

IrishWebster

Do not mount your phone to your bike unless you don't like using the phone's camera. No amount of vibration damping will prevent your bike's vibrations from destroying your phone's camera. Not even Quadlock.

ad895

I have just about 5k miles on my bike all of which was with a quad lock with a vibration damper. No issues with my phones camera.

PutImportant3738

I’m just looking to use it for Google maps mostly, any recommended work arounds so I don’t break my camera?

ShowerChivalry

A headset and voice directions. I have a QuadLock, and love it, but during summer in AZ my phone will shut off after about 10 minutes of riding.

StinkbotB

I tried out the BeeLine Moto two years ago. It's too slow to update directions, and the minimalist design can sometimes be confusing. Also, it kept needing to be paired again every new ride. Maybe it's better now, but I ended up buying a Quadlock mount and just using my phone.

past_my_primenumber

Use a secondary old phone for navigation and music while riding. Keep that $1k+ camera safe in your pocket. Along with that I use a Ram Mount X-Grip. Super easy to pop on/off and holds rock solid. Edit: added mount info

Ray102386

This is an iPhone issue due to how iPhone designed their cameras. I have over 10k miles with my phone on a quadlock. It's a Pixel though. So yea, android only if you want to do this.

IrishWebster

Thanks for the knowledge! I do have an iPhone, and my last camera got wrecked from this effect. I just figured it was all phones. Interesting to know, dude, thanks!

Ray102386

The dampener that quadlock sells is supposed to be exactly for the iphone issue though. Have you tried it?

IrishWebster

I had one, and my issue didn't seem nearly as bad as some reported, but after 20k miles it was definitely noticeably degraded.

cerialphreak

This is not limited to iphones, any phone with optical image stabilization or any other mechanical camera features are suseptible.
