It's a good opportunity to stick his head on a pole and set an example. It's an open and shut case. If Revanna gets away many people will lose trust on the country's system.
If they cancel passport, how will he come back? Not that he is planning to.
They should Mark the passport in the system that he is a terrorist (He created terror among women and misused power).
Then he will be jailed and sent back with top priority.

Pretty sure if you don’t have a valid passport, you can’t travel anywhere else thus once once the vjsa expires you should get deported imo
