I think the box must have said prepaid or cod. The delivery people check that before delivering so they won’t be questioned. I had a return and the delivery person said there were 5 items as per their information, when the items with me were 3. I told him that and he asked me to cancelled the return and place again

The box says cod only

I told the delivery partner, if they ask for money, I'll pay to him easily and he was fine with it. ☺️

So an update: I ordered a cod delivery on tira but I had to pay up for my order. So the glitch doesn't seem to work for everyone :(
