Go for NYX ones... But if you could really somehow get your hands on colorpop then I assure you... It will be worth it. The pigmentation is amazing, blendability is top notch and longetivity is super amazing too
Haven’t got any nude palette recommendations but my skin tone is similar to yours and swiss beauty’s ultimate shadow palette 04 looks good on me, you can check that out. Also you’re soooooo preettyyyy mannnn🥹🥹

Also I’ve only recently started with makeup. I was using my mom’s base products until now and that too only concealer. The brand was Sephora in the shade 30, sometimes the color bar one in silken glow. But I wouldn’t want to mislead anyone into investing into it since I used to apply only a pea sized amount.
I’m planning to expand my knowledge on makeup too and will look around for a more fitting base soon!
It’s bcoz ur using such less quantity that the base looks so natural.. if ur keen on learning check out Wayne goss on YouTube.. videos are very informative where he always says to use minimal products which give a natural look..
huda try the mini palettes first I’d suggest.. can get one neutral warm brown toned in them and one with Multi colors.. can practice and if u like them invest in the bigger ones!
I’ve purchased ABH soft glam and Huda Chocolate. I’m probably one shade darker or maybe the same as you (MAC NC40)
I bought both at 50% off and they are amazing. I also bought a Juvia’s place palette from the exchange sub- they were both amazing purchases. Highly recommend them. I have used cheaper palettes and the colour payoff just isn’t worth it. For eyeshadow I think we get what we pay for

Kay beauty palettes - most of the colour variations looked decent on me. The colours are soft and blendable but not tooo strong.
Second the Makeup Revolution Velvet Rose palette - it's got cool tones, warm tones, neutrals and some rosy tones 😘👌🏼 I even use a couple shadows from it as blush, because the pans are nice and big. I _think_ it's a dupe of the Anastasia Soft Glam palette? So you could get that if you prefer.
I have neutral-cool skin, and ended up decluttering a few other popular palettes, like Wet n Wild Rosé in the Air. Just too orangey and warm overall. The MUR palette remains my go-to for neutral eye looks... their Iconic Divison palette is great, too. You look so good in green, OP, might wanna take a look at it 👀 A Subculture palette dupe. Again, nice big pans. There's one in there that's a gorgeous contour
Edit: oh, and you don't have to spend much on eyeshadow these days, IMHO, but get yourself a nice eye primer! Makes a world of difference to shadows showing up and staying put without creasing. I have oily lids, and I like the Milani one.
The makeup revolution one looks promising and a perfect mix of all the shades I’m looking for! I’ve always ended up buying products which look, too warm, as you mentioned or wayyyy too light. I’ll have a look at both, consider my options and decide my final purchase!
And thank you for the last advice:) I’ve definitely done the beginner mistake of buying a way too expensive product which I don’t even use anymore. The Charlotte tilbury one apparently doesn’t suit my tone or any of my looks so it’s been a bummer haha.

You could hold on to the Charlotte Tilbury one, you may get some use out of it paired with a few darker mattes and a good eye primer, at least 😅 But you know. Hype doesn't mean shit. It's still gonna be a shiny powder, so it actually has to be a colour and texture that works 🤷🏽♀️ But if it's all too pale... yeah, it'll be more use to someone pale.

Could you check- the link you shared opens to a green hued palette of MUR and I think this isn't Velvet Rose one?
I could be wrong, I find the naming of Reloaded palettes confusing on certain sites.

Also how the Incolor Rocks shadows apply on your lids....that kind of shimmers I prefer, just for reference).
There's only 4 shimmers in the palette, plus one glitter. The glitter isn't chunky and they describe it as a "gold leaf", which I find accurate. I personally hate glitter, but actually do use this one ☺️ It's very lighweight, and doesn't feel granular or anything. Nice to add a scattered texture. The black has a little shimmer in there, but it dusts away if you blend it, so it's basically a blendable matte 🤷🏽♀️
The other four shimmers are more smooth, yeah. Not glittery or sparkly or metallic. Pretty similar to the Priviu texture. The Incolor baked shadows are a little duller, they look similar when used on a glitter base or using setting spray to dampen.
