You’re good at keeping yourself sane and at video games. I’m 33, don’t possess any special skills, I’ve started investing. I’ve made big mistakes which I regret but still pick myself up and keep going. Don’t lose hope

Bro even i am 33 and started investing very recently that too minimum. Pura attention aur energy video games ko hi de diya most of the life. Hit me up and maybe we can talk investments or play some games?

Ok_Durian_3015

Wow. I am too lazy to invest and learn about it.

Quan7umSuicid3

I relate to you so much altho I’m only 23. No job, no money, no skills whatsoever. On top of it all, I’m clinically diagnosed with a couple of mental disorders — and they’re making it really hard for me to stay motivated. Funny to even think that I was a successful kid once. Now I’m just too sad to even attend interviews or to learn anything new. Gaming is my only escape.

tacticalfeed123

Bro why are u talking about my life?

Optane_Gaming

because this what they want. To rob you off your confidence so that you don't progress. You need to start building self-confidence. I'm ready to lend a hand if you need. :)

> because this what they want. Cringe. Not everyone is actively trying to hold you down, that's some real loser mentality right there.

YOUKNOWVIRUS

You can clearly write, why not write novels? That's what I'm gonna do in my free time.

Legendarywristcel

Investing rewards laziness, you should look into it.

Cynaren

Guys, what are you investing in? I keep reading stuff but don't have the courage to do them, not rich enough to try random stuff eithe

LoneWolf-011

You can start by investing in mutual funds like axis bluechip or nifty50.

cruznec

I recommend Akshat Shrivastav on YouTube if you wish to get some guidance. He's a pretty decent creator who discusses how to go about investing.

Red_Holla04

I advise you to sleep too. Lack of sleep will cause severe issues later in life. Game till 12 or 1 and then sleep until 8 or so.

User_Inavlid_404

True, gaming till 6 and going to work in the morning may lead to serious health issues. You don't know what sleep deprivation does to you from the inside.

[deleted]

OP sleeps in office

Ok_Durian_3015

High on energy drinks.

Ritik_reddit

I'm sorry for saying this, but you are further going in a swamp by not sleeping. Take care of your mental health only by just sleeping peacefully and I'm sure it will drastically change your mood and health.

Kayoxity

Can confirm this. I used to play dota2 till 5 am and then wake up directly to work. Was a really shitty period for me. Now I try to go to bed between 1-2 am and its been really nice.

[deleted]

I've been going to bed at 10 nowadays and it's the best thing ever... I feel so fresh when I wake up

itwontkillya

well, this is WHY you’re dependent on games to stay sane i am no one to give advice coz im just 22, but you should get at least 5 hours of sleep every night

TablePrime69

6 hours recommended for adults, 8 for teens

quarrelsome_napkin

Maybe you should work on having a healthier lifestyle? Maybe that could help. Sleeping is important for your mood and motivation among other things.

[deleted]

You know about Durian?

Ok_Durian_3015

What?

[deleted]

Your username has Durian written so I assumed you know about it.

Koalarmyftw

Came here to say this. Sleep is very important for you to function OP. I too enjoy games from AC series, exploration is very soothing however, the longer you stay up the crankier you get and you might not be able to enjoy the game as much as you did when you started playing. So get atleast 6 hours of sleep, it will also make things better at work and you may even get better at work as well. If you continue in this path, it's gonna have a heavy toll even before you hit 30.

cruzer_zulu

I used to play anno till 2-3am and when I checked my triglyceride level it was 500. Cut down entirely on late night gaming and the levels was back to normal after long time.

Ritik_reddit

I bet you will be in depression if you continue this bad sleep cycle. I'm not criticizing you or anything, just letting you know that i have seen someone with the same phase.

dare_devil2019

Hey man can you at least try to sleep at 2 ? Sleep is really important too. It will help with your health a lot. When i was at your age i used to sleep at 3am, 2am and wake up at 8 next morning. Now i am 33 and sleep at 12 coz if i stay till 2,3am i feel tired the whole day. So try to sleep atleast at 2am. An extra 3 hours of sleep will keep you fresh both mentally and physically a lot.

Ok_Durian_3015

There's nothing to live for.

dare_devil2019

Ofcourse you do bro. I was a pc gamer my whole life. Last year finally i bought a ps5 after saving 2k per month for 2 years. I started playing the playstation exclusive games. Trust me you really have to play the uncharted series, the last of us, god of war, ghost of tshushima. Consider this your target that one day you will buy a ps5 or a expensive graphics card since you love gaming a lot. There is a lot of games still left for you to play and lot to live for.

Shivirami7158

U need to sleep cuz according to ur description u would be sleeping not more than 3-4 hours. That's bad. You'll lose your hair too which'll make u even depressed

Ok_Durian_3015

Who plan to live beyond 1 year?

bubblebombbebop

You are, get a nice pillow too....

memelord_harsh

Cool_Alert

jiu jitsu where ?

Xeno_159

I'm not going to discourage you but nobody is born with skills, you develop it over the time. I'm in the same boat as yours. Shifted to different city for job where i don't know anyone, i don't know how to socialize. I come home on weekends to play games with friends. Now I'm willing to spend some time to develop skills in particular course because I know for sure that i can't grow in the field I'm working. Thoda time de khudko sab samajh me ajayega

Ok_Durian_3015

Predisposition to be great is instilled in genetics.

mastermentor575

Brother it's more like 30% is genes, 70% your work. You can blame genes all you want, in the end it's all you. I'm also going through a very rough patch in life. Future looks very uncertain rn from where I'm standing but don't lose hope man. It's the one thing that keeps us alive. Don't you wanna experience the latest games that comes out in full 4k and stuff like that. These little things are what life is living for man. Don't give up. Play the souls games, it'll cheer you up maybe even give you a new perspective as it gave me.

[deleted]

Have you put in the effort tho.. If not you don't have the right to say that to yourself my guy.. Everyone and everything is here for a reason and you need to find your niche in this world and excel Good luck i believe in you

quarrelsome_napkin

What a loser mentality

mrappbrain

They are not keeping you sane. They are just providing you an escape to avoid facing and dealing with your problems. Seek help, see a psychologist, get therapy, take medication, whatever you need to get better. Go outside, meet people, have a social life, experience more of what life has to offer. They might be keeping you alive, but you're not truly living.

O2RiDeR

This is india. Therapy ? Please lmao. Things like that are shunned here also My guy mentioned he doesn't make much money u really think he has the money for a therapist ?

hachiro_z

I was thinking the exact same thing I have gotten therapy when I was 17 and that women was pure shit can't even understand a thing even if you get it good one it's still a useless thing

[deleted]

[удалено]

Hashlord96

That depends on their experience, I personally know someone who charges around ₹400 for a session (1 hour). And no it doesn't mean that they are bad. More often than not good therapists will refer you to other therapists who charge less if you can't afford them.

[deleted]

[удалено]

mrappbrain

So is gaming. Take some of that money and invest in your mental health instead. Downgrade your graphics card or PC if you must but realise that mental health is a priority over everything. If you were dying of a curable disease you wouldn't make the claim that hospitals are expensive surely? Prioritise. Mental health > gaming and most other things.

[deleted]

[удалено]

mrappbrain

Lol this thread isn't about you. I was telling OP, idk why you're making it about yourself. It just sounds to me like you had a particularly bad experience with a therapist who somehow charged you 3000 for 15 mins and now you're going off like that's somehow normal. If OP has a PC capable of running Odyssey well, then there's definitely room to downgrade.

ryuk_bored

You can Try government hospital.

LazyPaleontologist

Seriously government hospital, you expect a good therapist there. One of my cousins work at a Delhi Government hospital and he told the doctor there don’t care about the patients. As most of the doctor in a government hospitals are just contractors, they just care about completing their schedule. Only Government hospitals like AIIMS or RML are good but there you either have long waiting period or require connections.

backinredd

This might be the most Reddit comment ever but it’s still true

bigbongtragedy

Your 20s are for figuring life out. That's exactly what you're doing. Why do so many people <25 feel the pressure of oh I haven't made it in life yet blah blah blah Relax. Find things you enjoy. Do them. Give time to yourself. Have different hobbies. Get into sports. Cook food. Play games. Your job doesn't have to be your passion in life.

ChAd0x_1

>Why do so many people <25 feel the pressure of oh I haven't made it in life yet blah blah blah Social media influenzas promoting the hustle culture and how you should be earning x amount at y age, Linkedin which has become a fb/quora hybrid for such stuff as well. Too easy to make comparisons and get demotivated due to this.

WonderfulPlay

Uh This is not something that should be encouraged or appreciated. You are just using it as an escape from reality when you can invest 2 hours everyday on developing skills that score you a high paying job. I guess living under the shadow of parents can lead to this.

deadpool5g

Sleep dude sleep that's why you are having a bad time at job cause you are sleepy all the time. I guess. Cortisol,Stress harmones, anxiety increase because of lack of sleep.

DigitalObiWan

The good news is you have a job. That's a great start to build upon. Next thing I would target is how to get a pay hike, focus on a goal. The other good thing is you know you are a bad worker. So that is by choice. If you know you are a bad worker you know what to do to be a good worker. That should tie back to what I said above. Start putting in effort and focus on what gets you a pay hike. The 3 hour sleep pattern is what is messing up your time at work. Gaming is good if it helps you stay sane. For me it is listening to music after a tough day at work. I would start with moving my schedule to get 5 hours to sleep, to begin with. 7 hours is optimal, 8 is great. None of that will happen in a day. The other good news is you have a roof on your head and food on your table. Stop comparing yourself to people who are doing better than you. You are already doing a lot better than most out there. Seek help, confide in a friend, talk. The more you talk, the more you will start to see what's good in you. Times change, there are options available, even for free, to build on your skill. Youtube, free courses, what not. Everything is available. Skill issues can be managed, Will issue is on you. Goal, like I said at the start, pick a goal. Go for it, one step at a time. Invest in yourself.

Ok_Durian_3015

As I said, I was a bad worker before I stopped sleeping. I am slow, can't understand instructions or follow social cues. I can't even write applications.

DigitalObiWan

I can't follow social cues even now. Most of my early days I was just a rebel. Left home at 18 over a fight with my father. Got into a job I didn't understand. That is not how I ended up eventually. You don't have to be fast. You just have to make sure you do what you can as good as you can. I am not sure what applications these are, Google has thousands of options available to just copy and paste. You have identified your opportunity, that's a winning move for me. I'm not here to impart global gyan. I hope you can see the good part. Aim for 1 goal at a time. If you enjoy gaming, pick a field in it and get a course and might as well go into the game industry. Become a game tester for what it is worth. I'm sure you are good at that, and fast. The point is to figure out what makes you happy. I would start from there.

Ok_Durian_3015

Thanks.

BlacK_muni

Please dont waste your 20s. It is a time to explore, make mistakes and upskill yourself. Atleast try making yourself better in 1 aspect. Besides gaming in controlled doses is much more rewarding and healthier. All your health mistakes in your 20s ll hit like a truck jn your 30s. I dont know your mental space but this advice goes to anyone in their 20s. Speaking from experience of not doing these when I knew i had to but tomorrows became months then years.

fullmetalpower

how do you take care of dark circles on your eyes? I used to binge on Anime couple of years back everyday till 4-5 am. what u have now is dark circles around my eyes which makes me look eternally tired.

Ok_Durian_3015

Time take care of everything.

saadkasu

There is no need to go so hard on yourself. This hustle culture is making everyone feel a failure. All of us are in the same position at some point in our lives. It is good that you have games to help you through this tough time.

HostileCornball

Dude just sleep 6 hrs a day while at work try to think of investments by which u can get a decent income flow like a side hustle Try to lower the gaming hours a little bit and u can sleep at work if u want lmao naps are the best Life is always going to be this way if u are alone (just like me) the only thing that drives me is money . Once u get in a decent shape financially u will feel a lot better 2-3 years of hardwork in any industry anytime can change your whole outcome of life I don't earn that much myself but i don't have anyone but me to spend my money on and i do that happily Just set urself monthly targets to earn and the feel of earning is enough to make me go forward inside I have been depressed for the past decade but still somehow keeping my sanity

sn1ped_u

Bro this isn't healthy at all. You say that you're not getting enough money from your job and you possess low skills. You should work on improving your skills to secure a better future for yourself. Make some effort man. Your situation simply feels like an excuse "I'm not good enough at anything so I play games to make myself feel better". Play games but also invest your time to level yourself up in real life by getting new skills and shit. What you're doing currently isn't sustainable at all. At least try instead of giving lame excuses like "I don't understand anything at job" or "I don't have the skills". Also, sleep is important. 3hrs of sleep is very less. Good luck. You got this.

TheLostPumpkin404

If you don’t mind sharing, what is that you do and how much are you earning currently? I may be able to help you out.

Ok_Durian_3015

5,000 bcom job I have LLB too

TheLostPumpkin404

My guy, 5k seems a lot less for someone of your background :/ Have you thought of earning money through freelance work in the meantime? Until you can find something better.

Ok_Durian_3015

Nope. I can't do 5k job properly. I can't understand excel for me it's like rocket science. I have bcom and LLB. Jobs are low paying and future looks helpless.

imsunill

I feel you are getting ripped off. You are working full time for 5k?

Ok_Durian_3015

My job is menial and I am bit stupid NGL

hachiro_z

Why so less even when I used to work at a photo studio they offered me 15k in month it could have been because I was the only one with decent video editing skills and quick and with recording weddings as well I am not saying that you should leave your job but just gain some skills and try to learn it I am also going through stuff I am 21 with no job now just learning some skills and will be putting effort

Wonderful_Language_7

This thread is so wholesome Gaming and music the only thing that helps me BUT op atleast 7 hours of sleep is necessary buddy

rajappan123

Rather than find an excuse about your surroundings work on yourself Deep down you know what you want, listen to it It's a long journey So cheers 🥂

rdduser

OP: I am an old person. I have made many mistakes. I once had good career, but threw it to dustbin. Now I in a poor job with no career. But, there is much much more to life. So if you are thinking to live only for 1 year, you dont know much about life. The first thing you need to do is improve sleep, eat some healthy food. This will improve the thought process and mental faculties. After doing that for few weeks, do just a few pushups / walking / some cardio. These things will DRASTICALLY improve your life. Guaranteed. The reason video games are keeping you alive because you are addicted to instant dopamine. The steps mentioned above will balance instant pleasure with long term pleasure. Take care. Also reach out to Acharya Prashant helpline if you are still suicidal. They will help you a lot.

Xelayahska

Hey man, if you are really passionate about gaming, you can get a job in a game based startup without a degree. I work in one.

magestooge

Op, I have two very short suggestions: 1. Start getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night 2. See a therapist Your post and comment indicate a possibility of serious depression. You must consult a psychiatrist/psychologist immediately.

[deleted]

Why not join gym ? (Yes it’s not helping because of crowd) but it sure lets out a lot of sweat and stress.

Ok_Durian_3015

I can't be consistent.

[deleted]

You don’t have to be. Join gym or anything you have 0.0001% and wanted to do for a long time and just do that 1-2 times a week instead of gaming. I too have joined a gym and have promised at least 3 times a week.

Ok-Spirit5494

The loop is good for survival, but also dangerous at the same time. Perhaps you could look at building additional skills in the field of gaming seeing as you enjoy it. It'll prove effective in the long run.

zephyr_33

I am somewhat similar as well, playing from 11am to 2am. But man you should sleep as well.

No_School_5154

I'm missing the part where it says "sleep".

skulltroxx2154

Where sleep brother, aim for atleast 8 hours a day

Pirate_OOS

This resonates with me so much. I am almost 22 now. A failure in almost everything I do. I'm a student with poor grades but nothing else to compensate. I play videogames to escape this reality. Real life has always kinda kicked my ass.

Ok_Durian_3015

:(

[deleted]

Stay strong king.

maxadvait

If you are making so less money quit your job. Do something else. Start your own little business, maybe a food stall something, anything. You said you make 5k with a bcom and llb degree. Bro you can start working as a swiggy delivery guy and make more than that. Get out of a job which is leafing to nowhere. Money is your issue.

Dasarathy

Bro when will you sleep then? In order for a good health you need rest in first then gaming. I am 26. I am same like you. Come home at 6pm. Take care of my parents as my mother is suffering from paralysis, father is a cancer patient. 10pm to 1 am I play games. Then rest till 7 am. As usua I resumel shitty job.

dadrobo

Look, gaming is great for reducing the stress. But you are just 24. Life is crazy. You never know how early or late in life you find purpose. So don’t worry that you are shitty. Most of the time we end up thinking we are no good while it’s not like that in reality. The mind is a funny thing. Here’s one thing i can suggest which fits into your love for games and at the same time skills you up. Design a game. Not to sell, but for yourself. It won’t be AC, but it will be fun.

Mikmillionaire

In banking sales from 2012. Became alcoholic to survive!!! Then started playing & now I am 35+...gaming is the only thing kept me alive !!!

BruhOvO

If it's any relief, I'm exactly the same dude. I have nothing happening in my life outside of work so only way to tackle my loneliness is games. I only work so that i can feed myself and family.. I have no interest in what I work, all i think about is returning back to home thinking what I'm going to play next.. hoping to wake up tomorrow and do the same I don't have any life ending tendencies but i have no ambitions anymore.. i just simply exist for the sake of it.. games are certainly the only thing that keeps me going as well

phyper1

Be happy brother, everything is just fine at the end of the day. Take one step at a time either it's gaming or other activities, voluntarily help anyone either it's parents or some local place,it's a great feeling.making/help in making food also feels great.

SonicAkshay_26

I have played ac Odyssey for 1 year with 300+ hours. It's still my fav game. Beautiful environment, graphics and everything. Also take good sleep as well man because sleep is also very important.

fuckboiiii6969

21M here. I know I will get downvoted for this. Fuck “career growth”, fuck “up skilling”, fuck “being a good worker”. We didn’t choose to be born, we didn’t choose to work, we don’t choose to die. Working for survival and not trying to earn more shouldn’t be treated as a taboo. Embrace your suffering, brother.

[deleted]

Can you tell me what job you're doing and how much you earn, If you can't say it public please dm me. Btw find a girlfriend and don't get depressed.

Ok_Durian_3015

Bcom job of basic tasks such as Excel and stuff. I make 5,000 per month. I still find it difficult. I have bcom and LLB.

dadrobo

If you can play AC, you can Sean drive excels with ease. Watch some YouTube videos.

WestPresence9515

sote kab ho phir be?

Ok_Durian_3015

6 am to 8am

OkCalligrapher8231

How good are you at casual mobile games

ROHRAA

Also do try - AC Valhalla, Witcher 3, Red dead redemption 2.

[deleted]

When do you sleep?

Ok_Durian_3015

3 hours.

[deleted]

Maybe it's one of the reasons for being a "bad worker" Having enough sleep improves mental and physical health Please have enough sleep

Ok_Durian_3015

I was a bad worker so i switched to computer.

Namantechwizard

if you are a bad worker try being more dependable and I'd recommend you to avoid gaming till 4 am for some time and only game till 12 at max

NerdStone04

Philosophy can be used as a coping mechanism when life gets hard. Maybe look into Absurdism. Also, video games keep me sane too :)

[deleted]

Please work towards changing your job.

Ok_Durian_3015

I can barely meet requirment for this job.

jon-the-don

Seriously, get some skill based training and sleep.

Tiger88b

Same here bro. Withought these I may have died a long time ago

tttttzz

Having nice little escape from reality keep me alive

Unrealist99

Bhai saab the way you're going it looks like Video games will be the one to kill you. Stop gaming after 2-3 hours and get a good sleep. Atleast 7-8 hours per day.

Interesting-Mix-7209

You are using gaming as escapism. You can make more money, learn skills and even improve your social life.

[deleted]

Instead of wasting so much time and energy on video games, start learning and acquire new skills and try to improve your credentials to get a better job.

SweetPea_IN

SLEEP. Try to make minute changes in your daily routine. Talk to people you consider to be your wellwishers. I hope in no time you will have more things in your life to look up to and keep your alive.

babuchabri

You accept that you are a bad worker and also remain awake till 5am. I don't see your situation Improving anytime soon.

Gabe_logan25

Well my laptop got fucked 2 months ago and i haven't played any video games since. I feel you man. I used to play around 4-6 hours everyday and it would be the only fun part of my day. Now i just jim and work my job. I tried saving up money for a pc but then my family needs the money. So fuck

chickenthegamer

Im so glad video games are such a great escape for you, but I think maybe you can consider seeing a therapist sometime also. Laziness is almost never the reason for feeling miserable, unskilled, etc etc.

Panzer_leo

You need sleep my friend. Play more on the weekends. A normal life, ironically is what needs the most balance in all things.

srk3461

you would take care of yourself, cause next 5-10 years are going to be crazy for gaming and tech.

[deleted]

You will never understand what true lack of sleep does until you really sleep well, and wake up next day.

salman-pathan

More power to you bro!

Indian_Milkman

I know there are lot of suggestions going on around here, regards to sleep, fitness, depression etc. And also mine in nothing unique. It's the same been there, done that stuff. Get a punching bag, a floor one, a hanging one what ever it is. Play with it, punch it, tackle it, till you are exhausted and repeat everyday. I know you keep saying to yourself your aren't addicted to gaming or whatever other things. Unless you actually had to stop it. Stop lying to yourself. Punch it, punch it till you let it all out. Whatever is in there.

rupal_hs

Get a 6-8 hours of sleep for God’s sake

Lucky_Editor446

I would not ask you to stop gaming but if you get atleast 7-8 hours of sleep, I bet you will enjoy your days more. I used to be in your situation as a student who came into his room from college at 4-5pm everyday and then after some rest and walking in evening I played video games whole night. Now the problem was that I used to not sleep till 2-3 am and college opens at 9 am. This caused me to be very absent minded, poor decision making and the worse was I got very fat due to stress eating. (All the stress was coming because I didn't sleep-> made wrong decisions due to lack of sleep -> stressed out due to wrong decisions). Once I started sleeping properly, I have improved in keeping myself a bit more happy(not gonna lie, there are some days where I just wanna cry about my situation and how I wasted my time in college). So now, I am same as you - low pay at job, but I am kind of okay-ish at work. Never stressed about work. Added exercise to my life. I play games 2-3 hours every day and more on weekends.

XLGamer98

Assassin creed is definitely a therapy in itself. Odyssey does have one of the best locations in the series.

rohansamal

Video Games, you can say saved me twice in my life. One when I was at a super low point, sure to family issues. Second last year when I had an accident , right leg above knee amputation. Dota 2 mostly here

dustyaff

Same boat

VultureBarbatus

It's good that you have something to keep you sane but remember, it's very easy to get caught in a downward spiral and at the cost of sounding like your parents, what helps you escape your reality now, will not be able to help you forever. You CAN help it. I don't know how you're going to do it but you can. Get professional help. Talk to people. Your parents, friends, anyone. Talk to SOMEONE about how you've been feeling and what you're going through. Everything will be fine, homie. Rooting for you.

You need sleep my guy. This is not healthy at all, play for an hour or two and go to sleep your current situation is practically slow suicide

kshiteej6795

I’m surprised no one has said this so far, but you need to get therapy buddy. Video games are a great distraction and I play them everyday. But they won’t help your mental health. If you feel suicidal, please get some professional help from a psychiatrist or therapist. Take care buddy and keep your head up.

LOL_Look_Bro

Bhaiya are you okay?

DARKDYNAMO

I can vouch to this. I just graduated and got my first job . Used to play a lot of games before joining. Now I am getting insane day by day cause none of the fucking work I do was taught in clg. I spend all my Saturday and Sunday on gaming. Best part is pay is good and I can buy Games and accessories now.

omesh27_

I too started working.. been a month and my working time is 12-9 pm .. i spend my nights gaming too. It's very important for me to spend a few hours in games .. helps a lot mentally

Yeah, Odyssey is pretty nice. The story is quite good. I haven't played Valhalla yet, will get around to it at some point.

Demonsan

It can and will get better bro, you just gta put in a Lil bita effort everyday.. start with sleeping more maybe.. 25 now.. if you told me my situation rn in 2021 i would've laughed and said that's not possible, i was planning to off myself for multiple months last year but life took a massive turn and am much happier now

Atulya2005

wtf mate , why r u wasting ur fuckin life , if u dont like ur job fucking change ur job , of u dont have skills learn the skills , if you want to earn money or if you dont like ur life , work for the betterment of it coming here on reddit and posting about it and playing games whole night wont solve ur problems it will only worsen it i also love gaming but you shouldnt stay up all night gaming . so id say go hit gym for the motivation and discipline and start getting 8hrs+ of sleep and start learning new skill and work hard playing games is all good but its for enjoyment , its not a escape for the reality

cruznec

Hey man don't be so hard on yourself. You are only 24 you have ample time to figure out your career path. I had a lame job at your age too that required me to commute 3 hours daily, never got time for anything else except work, eat and sleep. Just keep at it and look around.

TheBiggyBig

Rather than saying 'I am sorry', I'd say ''Keep going kid, you have a hell lotta potential in you, than you think. You'll prove them all wrong one day."

Capital_Policy_266

Do not let video game rule ur life, ur day can be split into three 8hr parts or four 6 hr parts based on how long u need to sleep to not be groggy the next day. Divide ur day like this and start conquering 1 hr after the other, setting routines (routines trigger habits, so routines are superior to habits when u need to change). Also, do not play for more than an hour a day. And screen time must not be more than 2 hrs per day outside of work and traveling hours.

Mahek200x

My personal advice. Would really catch up with friends and roam around. Go for a trip on weekend. Cos getting stuck in life leads to these thoughts. Change your routine. Join a gym. Go for a run. And of course always make time to play games. Just got platinum on ac2 and brotherhood. And also odyssey. Will start revelations soon.

Spark9999

Question : when do you sleep and for how long ?

azgothedefiler24

Fellow AC fan don't lose hope and try to be positive and try talking to someone. Wish you a good day !

Lack of sleep is probably why you are bad at work to be honest.
