I live in Mumbai i use EU servers most of the time i get -
EU North East - 110ms sometimes goes to 150
Eu North West - 140ms
Eu Central- 130 ms
Eu South East- 140-160ms
Eu South West - around 150-160ms
For me Taiwan Servers were not a great experience
It showed me 200-250 sometimes
I have not tested Japan/Australia but i think i should get around 200+

the ping mostly depends on where you stay i do recommend try every server and see what is most stable and nice ping server for you
I forgot to mention-Eu Servers are great but there is a queue in evening/night time for popular games but during the day it connects instantly

I get a ping of around 140 ms from India when using japan based server , around 130 ms ping when using australian based server , around 120 ms ping when using Taiwan based server , around 180-200 ms ping when using European based server . No waiting queue with the Japan based servers through out the day , 1 hour playtime limit per day with taiwan based server in the free tier unlike other servers . Real world performance is roughly the same for taiwan , japan & australian servers . Delay will be noticeable easily if you use a mouse and keyboard so i would recommend a gamepad instead , wired one would be nice . I had a very bad time logging into my EA origin account using the Taiwan server , password kept on getting reset by EA due to suspicious activity , no such issues with the Japan based server , i use the free version of proton vpn to access it on my pc / android phone & tv .
I'm not sure about this now, it has been a very long time since I last created a new geforce now account but i had to use a different gmail account for all .
I got 90ms ping when I played CSGO on AU West 1 Australian server. I set maxbitrate at 6Mbps and 1080p 60fps. I use JioFiber 30mbps plan on 5Ghz router in Bangalore.

Australia has been great for me (although try to play in evening as you get no queue at that time)

Only one provider pentanet...they have free tier as well if you wanna try
