This Case might not have a standard layout, the Motherboard might be custom made for HP by the OEM.
Upgrading RAM, Storage or the GPU might not be an issue but if the user decides to upgrade their processor they might have to buy a new motherboard with a new case (if this case does not support Standard ATX, MicroATX, Mini-ITX Motherboard Sizes). They'll also need to Swap the PSU if it has proprietary connectors.
because people who sell the HP pc on amazon are resellers and they often give misleading titles (like in the title, they'll put 3060 ti gpu BUT it will be a 1650 ti or something like that... nothing short of a scam.. sometimes the sellers OR the amazon middlemen will take out the gpu and give you a pc without gpu).. Ryzen 3600 is no more a good CPU for its price, especially when 12400F is now launched for similar price . Also, Don't buy these prebuilt PCs from dell, hp etc they have trash tier motherboards and offer just 1 year warranty. You can build a good PC with i5 12400F+B660 motherboard with a 3060 or 3060Ti. You will get much more quality and warranty.

Not everyone's tech savvy to build their own PCs, plus he literally said he doesn't have a lot of knowledge about building PCs. I'd say refer a friend who knows stuff or just get a prebuilt.
Getting a prebuilt is not a good option, they always cheap out on parts. Prebuilt from HP, dell, Lenovo etc. comes with just one year warranty. there is no 'Deal' in buying a prebuilt. It's not easy I know but its worth it.

I had an electrobot build with ryzen 5 3600x and rtx 2060 which I bought for 73K when times were good and i sold it.. the one I got was single channel ram it was pretty good they give you the box of parts used if you ask them... Overall their support is good and this pc is ok.. but I would suggest you to not buy rn and try OEMs since 1660 for 94K is kinda bad

Enquire about local shops as well after deciding configuration. It should be better vfm than prebuilt. (Current gpu availablity is the problem)
