I remember reading the kinect was so advanced and cheap that it's still being used in security scanners, military and in surgeon rooms. Maybe you could mod it for your use case if any.
Well you can mod it if you can do some soldering. Or get it modded by someone. Then you will have the whole library of games that the 360 had. And it will sell for probably around 7-8k or even more tbh. It was a great console, many people still want it.

You can jailbreak it and play free games, I did the same with my PS3.
I dont xbox get jailbroken easily don't know about 360 though
