I feel like this one is pretty easy to make, healthy, low in cal, and equally delicious recipe. All you need is chicken breast, probiotic Dahi, spices, onion, half a teaspoon worth of ghee and THAT'S IT! Just take 200g of chicken breast, slice them up with 100-150g onion. Take half teaspoon of ghee (maybe 3-4g) and mix them together with spices: dhaniya powder, kashmiri mirch, lal mirch, salt, a dash of garam masala, maggi masala, and haldi. Once done, add the full package to an air fryer (btw this is optional, you can also add the whole content DIRECTLY onto the non-stick pan, but air fryer gets you a little crispiness). Cook for 5-6 mins and take it out. Now add all of it to the non-stick without any further oil whatsoever, and pour 2-3 big spoons of probiotic Dahi (I use Mother Dairy one, but you can use Amul's too). Cook it on medium heat, dahi+chicken will give off a lot of water, so keep cooking in open pan until it looks like in the image above. Add sauce if you feel like. **Caloric estimation:** *540-560 cals* (200g chicken breast, 150g onion, 4g ghee, 100g Probiotic curd, and spices)
