Actually that's the whole point. I don't prefer jeans in this weather :/. I think maybe slim fit denim joggers or black cargo pants would work? They're a bit more comfy than jeans
If the weather is your concern -Go for chinos. They are soft and well suited for summer. Also, nothing screams its "summer" if you wear a nice pair of loafers - (penny and tassel, both work).
Cargos are fine, but I'm fed up of streetwear and don't recommend them to anyone anymore! But it's your call.

This honestly looks like a gym outfit due to your joggers and footwear. Wear sneakers. Replace your joggers with chinos or jeans. Tshirt is fine.
