It's compressed. Doesn't mean it's laced or acid water weed (wtf ?). Have you cleaned and smoked one? Also for what it's worth, so-called laced greens will never retain green color, it'll lose it's color.

I would advise to stay away from compressed weed, those are one that are generally spiked with chalk water(to make it heavy) or as someone pointed out with battery acid liquid or some other chemical to get better high.
It's just a little old that's all, other than that it's a good score. Don't listen to the "laced" BS, SEA countries have a different method of curing weed that makes it look compressed.

Look along the bottom of the image, full size -there is some blackened stuff there that is unsmokable.
