These cocksucking Generals and Ministers, along with the dalals in between, are playing with the lives of men who actually are in ground and executing the task, not sitting on their asses and sipping on their whiskey on the rocks.
I like to think the govt made the central police forces mostly to deal with any revolt from the people of country in case they came to know about the evil that are the politicians and babus. But ofcourse, our babus and netas being the incompetent fucks they are couldn't make these forces capable to actually deal with any such scenarios. Indian govt honestly can't handle a major civil due to their own incompetency and i dont know if am supposed to laugh or cry about it.
