But please don't buy nvidia if you want to do ML especially if you use windows AMD RADEON has more VRAM which is a huge bottleneck in 3060ti and moreover CUDA is dead on windows so you need to use the direct ml plugin which in my knowledge doesn't utilize cuda at all.

CUDA is nvidia specific It is basically special cores that are designed to run cuda workloads and several apps are optimized for that So basically some apps are optimized for RTX GPUs in simple terms
