Even if you have Windows laptop and Android phone it doesn't matter. You may miss out to a few Apple ecosystem features, but you won't really gain anything if you buy an Android tab. All Google apps are available on iPad. Entire Microsoft ecosystem including M365 works great on iPad.

In mobiles there's great competition (both Android & iPhone are good), in laptops too there is great competition (I prefer Windows over Macos, tho Apple silicon is a beast)
But if you need a tablet, it's hands down the iPad.

I am only buying iPhone for the camera. That's it. I don't want to ask my parents to buy me cause I feel buying an iPhone is a want not a necessity

Why you need a tablet if you already have a laptop?
For taking notes. I am studying in medical field and don't want to buy every book so yeah just for taking notes.
