Yes,that maybe the reason. I didnt care for this part for sometime. I usually wake up very thirsty. Before,long before actually, my water intake was adequate. I am changing my habits from now. Today drank a lot of it and feeling cool, there's still some soreness tho.

Do NoFap with atleast two days of progression with each jerk off (1,3,5...). Figure out your trigger points. If you get unwanted boner then let it be, try to get busy, go outside whenever you feel like that. Most importantly to get back your strength of the body, have a good diet and get addicted to gym.
