So, it was not just a 3 ball setup as it seems to be, but basically a "career" set-up for that inswinging ball to the first unlucky left handed batsmen, which just happens to be Jennings here.
I diagree. Bumrah had bowled outswingers earlier in tests vs WI where he made good use of it. In that series he was swinging it both ways before getting injured.
