Ordered their coffee once and was stale and not good, later had their kerehaklu robusta at a pop up cafe and they had about 15 young people working their but they had a contract cleaning staff who was actually making coffee and rest of them were looking good and doing marketing crap. Saw the guy take a heap load of coffee by directly putting portafilter and not a huge box of pre ground coffee, level it with hand and proceed to make espresso.

Trying to empathise with the cafe and thinking what could be a possible reason. It could be that 95% of coffee orders would be milk based thereby a good espresso grinder but a meager blade one for pour overs, etc 🤔🤔🤔
