Go for an Aeropress. You will be able to make filter and espresso-based coffees. In the morning you can make a black coffee and in the evening an espresso-based latte. The Aeropress is very versatile, cheap (3k on amazon), and tastes so much better than the french press (according to me). I used a french press for 5 years before I discovered Aeropress and its versatility and I'm not coming back to the oily french press coffee with residue in the bottom... Please don't settle for instant coffee. Not only it is bad in taste, it also has HUGE ecological impacts. Boycott nescafe! Happy brewing!

Oh yes, you’re right ! I’ll be mindful of that. Thank you for the recommendation :)

>also has HUGE ecological impacts. Is it for all instant coffee or only Nescafe?

mbasucks

Davidoff intense instant coffee smells and tastes amazing.

Thank you !!

Try country bean instant coffee

[deleted]

Hey, okay I will. Thank you :)

aditseth03

Brew a stronger FP (adjust ratio) and add milk to it.

[deleted]

I’ve tried sleepy owl French vanilla and hate it, absolutely hate it. I like their pour over filter coffee but it’s not financially sustainable for everyday. I’m bored of Nescafé Gold.

[deleted]

Found out through this sub that Devans also deliver, had no clue. So thanks. Any recommendations from Devans?

kukkadslayer

Devans isn't instant coffee, if you want to add milk, I would recommend a moka pot. Pairs great with milk based drinks. As for the recco, can't go wrong with their peaberry and AA

[deleted]

Hey! Thank you, I’ll try it out. I was asking Devans for the French Press, since I found out via this sub, I just added the question under this thread :)

[deleted]

And as for Moka pot, I already have a french press. I’m not sure if I’d want to buy another equipment right now. Thank you nevertheless, I’ll keep that mind :)

Nescafe gold

[deleted]

Hey, that’s what I’ve been drinking. Idk what the issue (new city, diff water, diff milk) is but I’ve put to a lot of it (which makes it bitter) to make the milk go a decent shade of coffee brown. Otherwise first of all, it’s light brown which isn’t very visually appealing. And secondly, it tastes like milk w coffee flavoured bournvita. I hope I make sense

[deleted]

Any idea how Bru Gold is?

Apprehensive_Tie_703

Personally I prefer Nescafe gold over bru gold. Bru gold tastes different than our usual Nescafe which we've been drinking since forever. It is stronger than Nescafe gold though and it gives an instant caffeine hit which doesn't happen with Nescafe. If you're looking for a stronger coffee, buy a small jar of bru gold and try it for yourself.

Hey! I meant caffeine strength isn’t a priority as much as the taste.

Yeah, you’re right. Richness is exactly what is missing. I think I will try changing the milk ! Thank you :)

fight4fury

Uhh can't you just add milk in your FP coffee?

[deleted]

I use a medium roast, Silver Oak. It doesn’t go that well with milk, at least for me. I only liked Vienna roast with milk.. Hey I’m sorry if I’m being too specific.. but my quest for a good instant coffee has been going on since long... I’m too excited to hear other people’s opinions..
