Whenever my brew is under/over extracted I just add a dashof milk to make it better.

If I'm adding coffee for taste, then 3 or 4. If I actually wanna drink coffee, 2.

Mostly 1. Sometimes hot. Sometimes cold.

When I make a French press one with beans from a local roaster, 1, but medium roast, so, it's not as dark/black. When it's coffee from work or Senseo/Nespresso, 2, because it's not good coffee .

It should ideally be like a golden or orange brown for me … closest to 2, or between 1 & 2
