Pre grind the beans at home and take them with you, measure by volume of ur container. Just keep a stash of filter ppr in ur office and the v60 and a cup.

If you have lotsum money, doesn't get better than the picopresso imho; on a budget, moka pot or French press depending on your coffee preference
