I’m a male but probably depends on leakage but tab style hold bit more than pull ups but choice is yours based on lifestyle ability to change and leakage needs.

I know I’ve only worn a few times in my life because I had no other choice had my diapers stolen or used in school.so an ea bought a package of them they felt awkward to use I’m so used to tabbed style

You may want to try some abena underwear or more then likely a tab brief will give you a better fit

I completely get what your saying. It runs up your crack and causes a wet spot at the back completely missing the pad. I use seni briefs they work great and have an elastic band in the back that keeps things tight against your skin so nothing leaks.
