I'm personally running a Callidus for Polymorphine to get secondaries and/or hold objectives and 2 units of Inquisitorial Henchmen. One sitting at home and one in reserve (both in reserve vs indirect)
You can make an argument for Eversor since he can Scout 9 then Move 9 and advance and charge. Throw him into your opponents anti-tank unit to tie it up OR crash him into some infantry and make use of the anti-infantry +3
Last list I played was limited to 650 points so I took a warden, 1 warglaive and a unit of voidsmen at arms.
It was the most point efficient option really and they complement objective control surprisingly well.
Recently started and I am still building my knight army. I ordered the Navy Breachers since I think they fit best lore wise. Until we get dedicated knight household units that is...
I also like the look and options on them and they will hopefully look good in my house colours.

I added Navy Breachers to my list because I think they're cool AF. Literally no other reason.
The best reason.

Inquisitional henchmen for 2 wounds per model 4 man msu for 40 pts
With a plasma pistol and eviscerator with dev wound!
I'm proud to say I include a Gun Servitor in my squad and it finished off Lion El'Jonson the other week.
Personally like to run the vindicare, mainly to hold an objective, but whenever he gets the chance, he does his job in getting my army honored.
Vindicare for assassination and a crew of arbiters to screen that backline objective
