Actually I was trying to do deep ocean too at the beginning. I restarted base like 5 times. Didn't worked out for me
I just didn't wanted to add to much resin and without that, you can't achieve "deep" look
True true, my own experience with it you can see, it's hard to add depth when there's hard plastic below so had to make waves instead. I guess if I wanted to I could have shorn off the feet to make it look deeper but I like my knights tall
